PMER Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

 

  1. Ensure compliance with LRC code of conduct, internal regulations, as well as national and international standards and guidelines.
  2. Participate in the MSS strategic planning, risk management plan and contingency plan processes.
  3. Participate in the design and development of community healthcare needs assessment and LRC primary health program.
  4. Maintain and oversee the proper implementation of MSS policies and procedures in line with applicable laws.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and guidelines at HQ and local levels.
  6. Responsible to develop, implement and maintain an integrated quality management and M&E system including clinical and administrative processes in coordination with MSS managers at HQ and local levels.
  7. Responsible to develop, implement, maintain, and disseminate quality management and accreditation policies and procedures including document management and process matrix.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of a person-centered approach, manage, and oversee complaints management, patient experience, and satisfaction processes.
  9. Develop and implement data collection tools, strategy and dashboards, coordinate the development of quality improvement plans at HQ and local levels and ensure alignment with MSS program objectives and accreditation requirements.
  10. Monitor and analyze data, metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and program progress, report on compliance and performance, propose and ensure follow-up on corrective and preventive measures.
  11. Manage occupational health and safety process at HQ and local levels in coordination with MSS managers/coordinators.
  12. Develop and implement an incident reporting system, participate in reports analysis, propose, and ensure follow-up on corrective and preventive measures.
  13. Conduct field visits to monitor the implementation of MS interventions using pre-defined criteria while assessing the quality and the progress of the projects.
  14. Coordinate and oversee the local-level implementation of self-assessment, readiness assessment and accreditation visits with the MoPH and PHCs.
  15. Prepare and deliver training workshops for staff and volunteers on relevant topics
  16. Coordinate external audit visits with partners and external parties at HQ and local levels.
  17. Coordinate the evaluation of new products, services and equipment with users and administrator.
  18. Prepare periodic reports on program’s progress, quality and accreditation to management, PHCs and partners.
  19. Prepare and/or review MSS national program proposal package documents, and coordinate actions to ensure submissions are timely and in compliance with LRC standards.
  20. Ensure optimal integration between HIS and PMER initiatives at all levels.
  21. Conduct evaluation sessions, coordinate, and oversee surveys, review lessons learned, prepare workshops, or other relevant studies to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery and share results with management.
  22. Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders on MSS PMER interventions.
  23. Perform other related duties as required.
