Center Supervisor

Program Implementation & Supervision

• Oversee the delivery of educational, recreational, and psychosocial support programs at the center.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safeguarding principles, and donor guidelines.
• Monitor program quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with education teams to develop learning schedules and activities.

Team Management & Capacity Building

• Supervise teachers, facilitators, and support staff, ensuring efficient work distribution.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Identify training needs and facilitate staff capacity-building sessions.

Beneficiary Engagement & Protection

• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for children and vulnerable individuals.
• Monitor student attendance and engagement, addressing challenges as needed.
• Implement child protection and safeguarding policies, referring cases when necessary.

Coordination & Reporting

• Act as the primary point of contact between the center and the organization’s management.
• Prepare regular reports on center activities, achievements, and challenges.
• Ensure proper documentation and data collection for program evaluation.

Logistics & Resource Management

• Oversee the maintenance and security of the center’s facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the timely procurement of educational materials and supplies.
• Manage the center’s budget and expenses in coordination with finance teams.
