Conduct structured, regular outreach activities in assigned geographic areas to identify children at risk (e.g., child labor, out-of-school children, early marriage, psychosocial distress).
Disseminate accurate, child-sensitive information to families and caregivers about available services and pathways for support.
Contribute to the identification, mapping, and regular updating of community resources, referral services, and protection actors.
Support the enrollment and follow-up of children in non-formal education, psychosocial support, or case management programs as per program strategy.
Facilitate community-level awareness-raising activities on child protection topics using approved IEC materials and participatory methods.
Ensure timely referrals of identified children to appropriate internal or external services in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain updated, confidential, and accurate records of all outreach and referral activities using digital or paper-based tools.
Report trends, protection concerns, or challenges observed in the community to relevant technical staff and contribute to the design of context-specific interventions.
Support participatory community feedback mechanisms and ensure that the voices of children and caregivers inform program design and implementation.
Participate in internal coordination meetings, trainings, and capacity-building sessions.
