Responsibilities:
Deliver life skills training sessions to youth, focusing on key areas such as communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and personal development.
Implement the curriculum developed by Save the Children International (SCI), ensuring that training is aligned with SCI's standards and objectives.
Engage youth in interactive and participatory learning experiences to ensure effective skill development.
Complete the Training of Trainers (TOT) provided by SCI to gain a comprehensive understanding of the life skills curriculum and its teaching methods.
Monitor the progress of participants, providing feedback and support to ensure youth are developing the necessary skills for personal and professional growth.
Provide individualized support as needed, offering guidance and mentorship to help youth overcome challenges and build confidence.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and progress of participants.
Collaborate with NABAD team and other staff members to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and the continued success of the program.
Evaluate the impact of the life skills sessions and provide feedback to improve the curriculum and session delivery
