- Scope of Work
As part of our ongoing efforts to support vulnerable communities, we seek quotations from qualified Food & Beverage (F&B) service providers to deliver daily catering services for 100 to 135 Training days (within 3 months) across Beirut, Aley, Zahle, and Chtoura. Each day’s service must accommodate 15–22 persons with healthy, nutritious meals for Women, including Lebanese nationals, refugees, and low-income individuals.
Key Details:
Locations: Beirut, Aley, Zahle, Chtoura (specify if you can cover all or select locations).
Indicate the Menu with portions per item: Light Lunch (e.g., sandwiches or hot meal), Snacks (e.g., cookies, Manakish, Croissant, etc.), Beverages (Water, coffee, tea, juice), Dessert (e.g., yogurt, fruit, sweets), Extras (Napkins/wipes, disposable cutlery), and Meal Variety: rotating menu to avoid repetition (provide sample menu).
Logistics: indicate maximum capacity per Day per person and How many locations can deliver at the same time
Submission Requirements
To ensure transparency and facilitate a fair evaluation process, vendors are required to submit the following documents as part of their quotation package:

F. Legal Documents:
Registration certificate, Ministry of Finance (MOF) approval, VAT registration (if applicable), and other relevant legal documentation. Hygiene & Safety: Compliance with Lebanon’s food safety regulations Certificate
G. Cost Breakdown:
Detailed cost proposal per participant or day, including delivery
Total estimated cost for 100–135 days (range based on attendance) budget below 13.000 USD
Discounts for long-term contracts (if applicable)

4. Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Cost competitiveness (40%).
Menu quality & nutritional value (30%).
Experience in large-scale catering (10%).
Flexibility & reliability (10%).
Geographic Coverage (10%): Ability to effectively cover the specified regions (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and Bekaa).
