A- Objectives: The main objectives of the TOT program are:
· To enhance the knowledge and capacity of women caregivers and activists on girls’ rights to education, gender equality, and protection.
· To equip participants with the necessary skills and methodologies to effectively cascade the knowledge through awareness sessions for school students, their caregivers and frontliners.
· To develop a practical training booklet to be used by the trainees in their awareness sessions.
B- Scope of Work: The trainer will be responsible for:
1. Designing a two-day intensive TOT program incorporating participatory learning techniques such as case studies, interactive discussions, role-plays, and group exercises.
2. Delivering the training in a safe and accessible location, ensuring an inclusive and interactive learning environment.
3. Conducting pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gained and readiness of participants.
4. Developing a comprehensive and user-friendly training booklet for use by trainees during their awareness sessions.
5. Providing a final report summarizing key outcomes, participant feedback, and recommendations for follow-up activities.
C- Deliverables:
· Training agenda and materials.
· Two-day TOT session for 20 participants.
· Pre- and post-training assessments and analysis of results.
· Training booklet for use in awareness sessions.
· Final report detailing training outcomes, evaluation results, and recommendations.
D- Qualifications and Experience: The trainer should have:
· A minimum of five years of experience in training and capacity-building, particularly in gender equality, education, and child protection.
· Expertise in participatory training methodologies and adult learning principles.
· Experience in developing training materials and tools.
· Strong facilitation and communication skills.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).
E- Duration and Location:
· The TOT will be conducted over two days.
· The training location will be confirmed in coordination with Wo-Man Together Association.
