Coach

Under the general supervision and guidance of the manager of the “Climate Action” project, the coach will be responsible for implementing and overseeing programs that develop both life skills and environmental awareness.

Job Description:

• Documents Control: Collect all required data (class roster, class control, weekly reports) and submit them to the project manager.
• Training: Deliver interactive sessions on life skills and environmental awareness, supporting beneficiaries in achieving personal and developmental goals.
• Testing: Conduct all required testing exercises in the project such as placement tests, pre-tests, post-tests, and other required tests.
• Referral process: Identify and refer beneficiaries in need of additional support, following internal and external referral procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Environmental sciences,Public Health or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience
