HR Officer - Payroll

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Prepare and monitor contract end dates and extension dates in order to ensure continuity of service
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases and handling confidential information with discretion
3. Enroll employees in NSSF and MOF and prepare the necessary documentation (employee registration forms)
4. Prepare NSSF and MOF declarations and follow up on payments, ensuring they are made in a timely manner to avoid penalties (R567, R7, Yearly NSSF declaration…)
5. Prepare staff payroll, track, resolve errors, and verify the completion of payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary
6. Prepare all payroll related reports and submit them to the relevant parties
7. Ensures professional collaboration with various entities to enable effective payroll processing
8. Support HR Manager in responding to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance
9. Prepare HR reports such as headcount, contract renewals, salary raises, and any other HR metrics required.
10. Perform duties in compliance with Lebanese Labor Law, LRC International rules and regulations, and HR policies and procedures
