We are seeking a reliable Legal company to provide:

1. Introduction

Nusaned is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the following services:

• Bulk SMS recharge and message sending services.
• Website and domain management.
• Email services, including new email creation and related IT support.
• Website adjustments and enhancements as per our requirements.

2. Scope of Work

The selected supplier should provide:

• SMS Bulk Recharge & Sending Services:
  • Supplier will manage SMS bulk recharge.
  • Supplier will send SMS messages on behalf of Nusaned based on provided lists and instructions.
  • Reliable message delivery with reporting and tracking.
• Website & Domain Management:
  • Maintenance, updates, security enhancements, and domain renewal.
• Email Services:
  • Provision of new email accounts, configurations, and support.
• Website Adjustments:
  • Implementing requested modifications and improvements.

3. Proposal Requirements

Interested suppliers should submit proposals including:

• Company profile and relevant experience.
• Pricing for each service.
• Service-level agreements and support details.
