Life Skills and Career Guidance Facilitator- Ghobeiry / Jnah / Akkar and Tripoli

Life Skills and Career Guidance Facilitator to facilitate and conduct sessions (Life Skills, and Career guidance), targeting youths aged 14 to 18 years old.

1. Training Delivery:
   • Conduct interactive and informative sessions.
   • Deliver sessions effectively, using a curriculum provided during the Training of Trainers (TOT).
   • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating learning environment for vulnerable youth
2. Session Preparation:
   • Plan and customize sessions to align with the curriculum and the specific needs of the trainees.
   • Prepare necessary materials, tools, and activities to enhance the training experience
3. Assessment and Reporting:
   • Conduct pre- and post-assessment evaluations to measure the trainees' progress and outcomes.
   • Provide detailed reports on assessment results, session outcomes, and observations.
   • Monitor and document attendance and participation throughout the program
4. Program Support:
   • Actively engage with trainees to identify their challenges and provide personalized guidance.
   • Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of the training program.
