The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We deliver high-quality aid where needs are greatest. Today, we work in both new and protracted crises across 30 countries, where we provide camp management, food assistance, clean water, shelter, legal aid, and education.
As the CAMEALEON website serves as an essential repository of knowledge which provides access to stakeholders, donors, and partners, it aims to ensure continued accessibility, improved user experience, and optimized functionality. Furthermore, CAMEALEON seeks to upgrade and maintain its WordPress-based website.
The objective of this service provision is to review the existing website, assess its technical and structural elements, and implement necessary changes to enhance its usability, performance, and content accessibility as detailed in Annex 01 Technical Description of the Bid.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing via eTB link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before 15 April 2025-15:00. NRC will reply to all registered bidders by 16 April 2025–15:00
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Closing date for submitting the tender is 22 April 2025, at 10:00 . All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
Manner of Submission:
Please submit your bids in accordance with the requirements detailed below:
NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Any bid received via email or merging both financial and technical documents in one folder, will be eliminated.
