Innovation Lab Enabler

1. Lab Operations & Maintenance: - Monitor and maintain the functionality of lab equipment, including Internet service, printers (paper, toner, maintenance) and other lab and office technology - Ensure the training rooms are fully prepared before each session, including proper setup of materials and equipment.

2. Daily Logistics Management: - Oversee the opening and closing of the lab (7.5 hrs. per day and flexibility required on opening and closing) - Coordinate every day's logistics such as Catering and Transportation of youth. - Handle incoming calls and online queries from labs coordinator and key stakeholders including content partners. - Maintain and update attendance database for all training programs.

3. Student Outreach, Selection & Recruitment - Promote training programs through social media, community networks, and partner organizations. - Assist in organizing orientation sessions and informational meetings for potential students. - Support the application and selection process, ensuring fair and transparent student recruitment. - Maintain communication with selected students to confirm enrollment and address inquiries. - Track outreach and recruitment metrics to refine future efforts.

4. Student Monitoring & Administration: - Maintain and update attendance records, identifying and addressing absenteeism. - Track student progress, assessments, and engagement, reporting to the lab coordinator. - Manage student databases, ensuring accurate registration and participation records. - Provide administrative support and follow up on student inquiries. - Collect and analyze feedback to improve training programs. - Ensure compliance with lab rules and training guidelines.

5. Training & Event Coordination: - Develop and maintain the lab schedule, keep it up to date, and share the schedule with labs coordinator on weekly basis. - Organize the life-skills workshop schedules and assist in training facilitation when needed. - Support the planning and execution of lab events, workshops, and student activities. - Facilitate booking the venue/rooms prioritizing content partners.

6. Operational Oversight & Compliance: - Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and security of the training site. - Implement and enforce the code of conduct for lab usage. - Assists the labs coordinator in monitoring overall lab activities and reporting any operational issues. - Handle in the administrative process for lab-related requests in coordination with the labs coordinator.

7. Reporting & Documentation: - Prepare weekly lab status on lab operations, student attendance, and training progress. - Track and analyze attendance trends, identifying patterns of absenteeism or disengagement, and report findings to the lab coordinator. - Collect and compile student feedback on training sessions and overall lab experience, suggesting improvements when needed. - Maintain a database of student performance, assessment results, and post-training outcomes. - Document all logistical issues, training disruptions, or equipment malfunctions and report them for resolution. - Take and archive photos of student activities for reporting and promotional use. - Develop monthly and quarterly reports summarizing key activities, challenges, and recommendations for operational improvements. - Ensure proper filing and accessibility of training materials, manuals, and student records. - Share lab updates, success stories, and achievements on social media and internal reports. - Support the preparation of reports for donors, stakeholders, and internal evaluations.

8. Inventory & Budget Management: - Manage lab supplies, maintains inventory, and order necessary materials. - Oversee budget allocation for logistics and ensure cost-effective resource management.

9. Meetings & Additional Responsibilities:

- Attend weekly meetings with the labs coordinator to discuss operational updates and improvements. - Performs such other duties as may be assigned to support the smooth functioning of training programs.
