Agricultural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural projects in line with Beit El Baraka’s mission.

Provide technical support for crop production, soil management, irrigation, and pest control.

Conduct field assessments and offer recommendations to improve productivity and sustainability.

Coordinate with farmers, agronomists, and partner organizations to ensure best practices.

Support the design and implementation of eco-friendly and climate-resilient agriculture strategies.

Monitor and evaluate agricultural outputs and report findings to the program team.

Ensure compliance with local environmental and safety standards.

Deliver training and capacity-building sessions to staff and beneficiaries.

Contribute to the development of project proposals, budgets, and technical reports.

Ability to travel accross Lebanon especially Baalbeck, Hermel, Bekaa
