In the framework of its protection intervention in Lebanon, INTERSOS is looking for a specialized service provider for inclusion services for children. INTERSOS is looking to for the provision of specialized therapy for children (speech, physio, occupational therapies); specialized services to distribute and follow-up on assistive devices which will be procured by INTERSOS; and for inclusive recreational activities to be conducted with children. INTERSOS is planning for interventions in Mount Lebanon governorate and North governorate.

To receive the Request for Qoutation and Annex A Guidance you should send an email request to log.ml.lebanon@intersos.org specifying in the subject the reference and the contract Title “INCLUSION SERVICES: Specialized Therapy and Inclusive Recreational Activity” and Ref: 381629
• RFQ form must be filled, completed, signed, and stamped.
• Bank account details must be submitted signed and stamped by both the supplier and the bank.
• Power of Attorney issued by a notary public if applicable, authorizing the signatory to represent the company.
• Prequalification process should be complete on INTERSOS website: https://www.intersos.org/en/suppliers/pre-qualification/
• This tender procedure is divided into several lots - INTERSOS reserves the right to select the most advantageous offer from the submitted proposals.
• Type of contract will be a fixed Price Framework Agreement for 1 year from the date of contract signature
