Education Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise education activities in community centers and learning spaces.
• Support the development and adaptation of educational materials and curricula in coordination with technical teams.
• Ensure the effective implementation of non-formal education (NFE) programs, literacy and numeracy sessions, and life skills activities.
• Train and mentor facilitators, tutors, and education staff.
• Monitor student attendance, progress, and learning outcomes.
• Ensure safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for all children.
• Collaborate with child protection teams to identify and respond to children at risk of dropping out.
• Contribute to the preparation of progress reports, success stories, and donor updates.
• Maintain effective coordination with education partners, local stakeholders, and schools.
• Uphold organizational policies, including child safeguarding and data protection.
