ECE Teacher Assistant( 2 positions/ Barlias)

 Job Purpose

As an ECE Assistant Teacher, your role is to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You'll assist with daily routines, classroom management, and age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development.

• Clear communication with children, parents, and staff is essential for maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
• Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities that foster child development.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Monitor children's behavior and well-being, and communicate observations to the lead teacher and parents as needed.

• A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills to support child development and classroom routines.
