• Identifies potential clients and generates new business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling,
and networking.
• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the center’s products and services to confidently discuss and
demonstrate their benefits to clients.
• Conducts face-to-face meetings with potential customers, promoting products and explaining their
benefits.
• Provides product demonstrations to clients in an engaging and informative manner.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Provides exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure repeat business.
• Follows up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Gathers customer feedback and shares insights with the direct manager to improve products and
services.
• Represents the center at outdoor events, and fairs to promote products, network with potential clients,
and close sales.
• Meets sales targets/goals and reports on achievements regularly to the direct manager.
• Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of work and any information he/she obtains through his/her
