- Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities aligned with ECE, BLN, ABLN, YBLN and RS education standards.
- Create a safe, child-friendly, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs, including children and youth with disabilities or developmental delays.
- Identify and refer children and youth with learning difficulties or protection concerns to appropriate support services.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Ensure proper use and storage of learning materials and teaching aids.
- Monitor learning progress and support individual needs.
- Deliver age-appropriate literacy, numeracy, and life skills sessions.
