Job no1: Team Leader

Job Summary: The Team Leader is responsible for the overall achievement of work packages ensuring alignment with project goals at local and national levels. This includes managing staff and short-term assignments, supporting experts, and coordinating with project partners. The role involves policy engagement, financial oversight, regular monitoring and reporting, and supporting strategic planning and evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in Law, Political Science, or Public Policy
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• 8 years of experience in Good Governance
• 5 years of experience in Anti-Corruption/AML
• 5 years of management of teams (5+ staff)
• 1 year international experience outside Lebanon
• 8 years of experience in the MENA region
• 1 year of experience in development cooperation projects
• 2 years of experience advising Lebanese governmental institutions

 

Job no2: Anti-Corruption Specialist

Job Summary: The Anti-Corruption Specialist provides technical guidance on conducting sector-specific corruption risk analyses, mapping existing assessments, and identifying key governmental and sectoral stakeholders. The role involves selecting and refining risk assessment methodologies based on international standards, steering multi-stakeholder task forces to implement mitigation strategies, and advising on change management within targeted institutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in Law, Political Science, or Social Sciences

• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• 10 years of experience in Good Governance
• 8 years of experience in Anti-Corruption
• 1 year of international experience
• 5 years of professional experience in Lebanon
• 5 years of experience in development cooperation

Job no3: Beneficial Ownership Specialist

Job Summary: The Beneficial Ownership Specialist provides expert advice on enhancing transparency and managing beneficial ownership information (BOI) within the public procurement process. The role includes mapping key stakeholders involved in BOI collection and verification, developing an action plan for a centralized BO database, and contributing to the design of standard bidding documents and guidelines. The specialist leads a multi-stakeholder task force to implement the BOI action plan and advises on internal change management processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in Law, Public Policy, or Social Sciences
• Proficiency in Arabic and English

• 10 years of experience in Good Governance and Anti-Corruption
• 7 years of experience in public procurement reform
• 2 years of international experience
• 5 years of professional experience in Lebanon
• 2 years of experience in beneficial ownership transparency

Job no4: Communication Specialist

Job Summary: The Communications Specialist provides supports in designing and implementing targeted awareness and education initiatives focused on Access to Information, Asset Declaration, and Whistleblower Protection. This role involves developing clear, accessible communication materials for diverse audiences, including civil servants, procurement officials, and civil society.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, or PR
• Proficinet in Arabic and English
• 8 years of experience in corporate/government communications
• 5 years of experience in advising public entities on PR
• 8 years of experience in the MENA region
• 2 years of experience in development cooperation
• 2 years of experience in graphic and visual design

Job no5: Trainer

Job Summary: The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering targeted training sessions related to corruption risk mitigation measures. This includes developing relevant training materials and enhancing the knowledge and skills of selected target groups such as civil servants, lawyers, certified public accountants, and public notaries.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in Political Science, Public Administration, or Law
• Proficiency in Arabic

• 7 years of experience in Good Governance
• 10 years of experience in training on legal topics or 5 years of experience in training on anti-corruption

• 2 years of international experience

• 7 years of professional experience in Lebanon

• 2 years of experience in development cooperation projects
