Administrative Assistant (Jounieh Area)

Perform accurate filing of physical and electronic documents.

Scan and digitize paper records into the electronic document management system.

Label and organize scanned files according to company protocols.

Retrieve and provide requested documents quickly and efficiently.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, data entry, and record keeping.

Help improve filing and document handling procedures as needed.

Perform other administrative support duties as assigned.
