An early-childhood teacher:
- Works with learners aged between 3 and 6 years old.
- Engages learners in a variety of activities that are developmentally appropriate and caters for each child's needs and well-being.
- Plans, prepares and implement lesson plans and instructional materials
- Prepares a portfolio for learners to keep record of their work and progress.
- Provides age-appropriate supervision and discipline.
- Maintains a safe, comfortable and respectful environment for the learners.
- Addresses cultural and special needs.
- Regularly records learners’ attendance, progress, and other relevant data on the available platform.
- Attends required trainings and workshops
- Attends meetings with the education team when needed.
Profile
- A female/male aged 18+ years
- Lebanese nationality
- Strong interest in education and working with young children
- The minimum required educational background is bachelor technique (BT, TS and LT in education).
Preferable to have a minimum of one-year teaching experience.
- *Elementary proficiency required in French/English in order to teach a foreign language.
- Presentable, friendly and available for the full daily hours of the ECE program.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word Processing, Spread sheets).
*Ability to understand the language and to communicate properly while teaching.
