Objectives:
Capacity Building: Equip SMEs with knowledge and tools to promote fair employment practices, workplace safety, inclusivity, and protection from harassment and abuse.
Tailored Training: Provide customized training sessions, resources, and post-training support to ensure effective implementation of Decent Work and PSHEA standards.
Consultant Team Composition:
The consultancy will be delivered by a team of consultants or a specialized firm comprising:
Labor Law Specialist: To guide SMEs on compliance with national labor regulations, social security, and legal frameworks.
Gender and Inclusion Specialist: To support the development of gender-responsive and disability-inclusive workplace policies and practices.
PSHEA and Safeguarding Specialist: To promote safeguarding standards and support the establishment of mechanisms to prevent and respond to sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment.
1. A detailed propsosal outlining methodology and timeline.
2. A sample of previous traning materials developed on similar topics.
3. A fiancial proposal with a breakdown of costs.
4. An updated CV demonstrating relevant experience.
