Selection criteria:
• To have great communication and facilitation skills
• To be older than 18 years-old
• To be legally residing in Lebanon (identification documents should be available)
• To be residing in the same community where the project is being implemented
• To not be married to a minor (below 18 years old)
• To have completed at least secondary education (High-school diploma or equivalent technical education)
• To be able to work flexible hours and on weekends to reach different groups in the community
• Languages: excellent knowledge of Arabic (reading, speaking, and writing), basic knowledge of English preferred
• To possess and know how to use a smartphone
• Preferably to have previous training and work experience related to health
• To have the ability to travel within the area of intervention and to support as well on an ad-hoc basis outside of the area of intervention
