Humanity & Inclusion, the new name of Handicap International (HI), is an independent and impartial aid and development organization with no religious or political affiliations operating in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. We work alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable people to help meet their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights. HI has been working in Lebanon since 1992 and has since continued to provide assistance through different sectors mainly Physical Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Psycho Social Support, Inclusive and Specialized Education, Humanitarian Mine Action, and Inclusive Humanitarian Action.
As part of the Touching Minds, Raising Dignity II (TMRD) project funded by the AFD, HI is integrating a consultancy component focused on incorporating Income-Generating Activities (IGAs) into Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) programs. This innovative approach aims to support the recovery and empowerment of persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups by enhancing both their psychosocial well-being and economic resilience.
HI aim to provide a consultancy for trainer on Income Generating Activity (IGA)for user groups consists of female community members aged between 20 and 60 years’ old who have voluntarily committed to promoting mental health awareness and engagement within their communities in Beirut and the Beqaa.

Bids from interested individual consultants or firms should include:
- Technical offer that include information about; consultant’s understanding of the assignment, proposed approach and methodology, assignment action plan, background of the proposed consultant(s).
- CV(s) of proposed consultant(s) with details of qualifications.
- Details of two professional referees.
- Valid company registration certificates and all legal documents, if individual a valid form of identification, and documentation showing the individual is authorized to operate as a freelancer or consultant (profession practice certificate).
