Tasks/Milestone:

A.   Programmatic and Logistical Planning

  1. Finalize the implementation calendar for the assessment in coordination with schools and REOs.
  2. Ensure the readiness of logistical resources (tests, publishing, distribution mechanisms) and data management protocols, including collection, anonymization, and analysis procedures.

B.   Technical Development of Assessment Tools

  1. Collaborate with CRDP to finalize content and structure of assessments, rubrics, and marking schemes.
  2. Ensure tests are accessible and appropriate for the diverse learning needs of students.

C. Definition and Preparation of the Coaches’ Role

  1. Work closely with the Directorate of Orientation and Pedagogical Supervision (DOPS) to support in developing guidelines and training materials for coaches on test administration, monitoring, and teacher support.

D.    Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement (Programmatic)

  1. Attend coordination meetings and ensure clear communication protocols.
  2. Facilitate regional follow-up and documentation of implementation challenges and lessons learned.
  3. Define the feedback loops between assessment data and instructional planning.

Advanced degree in Education, Assessment, Educational Planning, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in learning assessment, education programme implementation, or curriculum-related work.
Proven expertise in diagnostic and formative assessments, strong coordination and planning skills, experience working with education ministries or public education systems, and excellent analytical, communication, and report writing abilities in Arabic and English.
