Call for Tender: Request for Quotations – Catering Services in Jbeil

Teach For Lebanon (TFL) is pleased to invite quotations from qualified catering service 
providers for our upcoming Summer Institute, which will be held at LAU Byblos from 
August 3 to August 22, 2025. 
We are seeking a provider to deliver daily catering services for approximately 60 to 85 
attendees. The final number of participants will be confirmed closer to the event date.

Catering Services Required
• Breakfast
• Lunch
• Dinner
• Fruit and coffee break baskets
Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers must submit their detailed quotations in Word or PDF format by June 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Submissions should include:
• Official quotation with company letterhead and formatting
• Contact information
• Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Tax ID numbers
• Validity period of the offer
• Detailed menus, pricing per item/meal, and any applicable terms
• Answers to the three questions listed under “Additional Information” below

Event Schedule and Meal Requirements

Week 1:
• Sunday, August 3: Dinner only
• Monday, August 4 – Thursday, August 7: Breakfast, lunch, fruit coffee break basket, and dinner
• Friday, August 8: Breakfast, lunch, fruit coffee break basket (no dinner)

Week 2:
• Sunday, August 10: Dinner only
• Monday, August 11 – Wednesday, August 13: Breakfast, lunch, fruit coffee break basket, and dinner
• Thursday, August 14: Breakfast, lunch, fruit coffee break basket (no dinner)
• Friday, August 15: No catering (Public Holiday)

Week 3:
• Sunday, August 17: Dinner only
• Monday, August 18 – Thursday, August 21: Breakfast, lunch, fruit coffee break basket, and dinner
• Friday, August 22: Breakfast, lunch, fruit coffee break basket (no dinner)

Meal Details
Breakfast Options:
• Zaatar Manakish
• Cheese Manakish
• Zaatar Croissant
• Cheese Croissant
• Labneh Sandwiches
• Cheese Sandwiches
(One drink per person, e.g., orange juice, pineapple juice, etc.)
Lunch Options:
• One hot meal, salad, and soft drink
• One vegetarian hot meal, salad, and soft drink
Dinner (Cold Sandwiches):
• Turkey and cheese baguette sandwich
• Chicken cold baguette sandwich
• Halloumi baguette sandwich
• Hummus baguette sandwich
Fruit Coffee Break:
• Two types of fruit per day
• Two pieces of fruit per person
Water:
• One bottled water per participant per meal
Note: You may propose similar or alternative menu options for any meal category.
Additional Information

1. TFL’s payment method is fresh USD bank transfer. Do you have a fresh USD account? If yes, please specify the name of the bank.
2. What is your preferred payment method? Would you accept a credit account arrangement with Teach For Lebanon? Please specify your preferred payment schedule in detail.
