ICT Trainer

FSF is seeking a qualified Information and Communication Technology (ICT) trainer to deliver basic-level digital skills training to 25 women in the Chouf area. The training will help equip participants with the essential computer skills needed for daily life and support future employment.

Responsibilities:

The SHE RISES Program seeks a ICT  Trainer to help the local community develop their Vocational Training plan.

• Develop a structured training plan covering key ICT topics tailored to the participants' needs and levels.
• Facilitate 28 engaging, hands-on ICT sessions (2 hours each) using computers or relevant digital tools.
• Provide individual and group support to participants during sessions.
• Evaluate participants’ progress and adjust instruction methods accordingly.
• Ensure proper setup and use of training equipment before and after each session...
• Prepare pre and posttest.
• Submit report at the end of the course with participants evaluation.
• Coordinate with the vocational training coordinator on logistics and any participant needs.
• All materials should be provided in English and Arabic
• Final summary report outlining session outcomes, participant progress, and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in ICT, computer science, education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering ICT training or teaching computer skills.
• Proficiency in key software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, internet tools).
• Experience working with diverse groups and adapting training to different skill levels.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage small-scale technical issues during sessions.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of standard digital tools.
• Availability to deliver all 28 sessions between August and October 2025.

• The proposal and methodology suggested and its fit for the program’s objectives (Technical Proposal).
