A. Technical Support and Process Facilitation
- Support the implementation of curriculum development tasks related to scope and sequence design, resource development, and piloting, by ensuring effective documentation and follow-up.
- Participate in reviewing subject committee outputs to ensure alignment with the National Curriculum Framework and relevant supporting documents.
- Assist in identifying technical and content-related gaps during various development phases.
- Support the follow-up on assessment framework design and integration into curriculum documents.
- Provide technical guidance on the integration of digital platforms and tools for exams and assessments.
- Ensure the Support in the conceptualization and planning of digital assessment systems and their alignment with competency-based assessment models.
B. Documentation and Recordkeeping
- Prepare and maintain structured documentation of all meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Draft and finalize minutes of meetings, highlighting decisions, key discussion points, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain organized records of review processes, committee feedback, and technical inputs.
- Document developments related to digital assessment tools and strategies, validation workshops, and piloting outcomes.

- Document technical feedback provided by experts and consolidate recommendations across disciplines.
- Track the review and validation processes and ensure accurate version control of evolving documents.
- Ensure integration of digital- friendly assessment benchmarks and learning indicators within the scope and sequence documentation.
D. Support Curriculum Material Development (Books and Learning Resources)
- Follow up on the technical review process of draft textbooks and other learning resources.
- Support the preparation and documentation of peer review sessions, validation meetings, and feedback incorporation steps.
- Assist in reviewing the integration of transversal competencies, inclusive education, and cross-cutting themes in developed materials.
- Ensure coherence between curriculum materials and assessment strategies, including consideration for digital formats and platforms.
E. Support during Piloting and Generalization Phases
- Provide support in the development and documentation of piloting plans, tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Assist in collecting and summarizing feedback from the piloting phase.
- Support the monitoring and analysis of digitized assessment tools and their effectiveness in capturing learning outcomes.
- Prepare draft synthesis reports and recommendations to inform readiness for generalization.

• Familiarity with assessment development and follow-up processes is a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Prior experience in working with education development partners, including UNICEF, is an asset.
