Call for Trainers - Energy Innovation Lab - Startup Incubation Program

The Energy Innovation Lab program, implemented by NV Innovation Lebanon, invites experienced trainers and subject-matter experts to join our approved roster for the incubation phase of Lebanon’s flagship clean-energy entrepreneurship programme. Selected trainers will design and deliver high-impact workshops that equip early-stage startups with the capabilities required to progress from concept to market entry.

• Pitching & Storytelling Essentials (basic, intermediate, and advance)

• Impact & Sustainability Measurement
• Company Setup & Local Compliance
• Team Building & Talent Retention

Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the priority topics.
• Proven track record in delivering professional training or advisory services to startups, SMEs, or corporate innovation teams.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to provide actionable, practitioner-oriented guidance.
• Familiarity with the clean-energy or broader sustainability sector is an asset.

Submission Requirements

Applicants are requested to complete the online form at [application link] and upload the following documents:

2. Portfolio or list of recent engagements (maximum five pages or equivalent links)
3. Indicative hourly consultancy rate (USD)

Timeline

• Application deadline: June 30, 2025
• Delivery window: September 2025 – March  2026 (workshop scheduling will be agreed individually with each selected trainer)

Evaluation Process

Submissions will be reviewed against the relevance of expertise, the quality of past work, and fee competitiveness. Short-listed candidates will be contacted for finalization of service agreements and scheduling of workshops.
