Call for Branding Services for Sustainable Energy and Waste Valorization Clusters

Background:

Berytech is launching two strategic clusters: one focused on Sustainable Energy and another on Waste Valorization. To establish a strong market presence and identity for these clusters, we are seeking a qualified branding agency to come up with two impactful names and develop two distinct brand identities.

Objective:

To engage a creative agency to:
- Develop unique and impactful names for each cluster.
- Design professional logos for the selected names.
- Create full brand identity packages, including brand guidelines, for each.

Scope of Work:

The selected agency will be responsible for delivering the following:

- Naming:

• Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand the essence and vision of each cluster.
• Propose 3 name options per cluster (Sustainable Energy and Waste Valorization), each with:
  -  Rationale behind the name
  -  Domain name availability check
  -  Linguistic and cultural suitability assessment (Arabic & English)

- Logo Design:

• Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand the essence and vision of each cluster.
• Propose 3 name options per cluster (Sustainable Energy and Waste Valorization), each with:
  -  Rationale behind the name
  -  Domain name availability check
  -  Linguistic and cultural suitability assessment (Arabic & English)

- Brand Guidelines:

For each cluster, provide a brand book (PDF and editable formats) including:
Logo usage rules

• Typography (primary and secondary fonts)
• Color palette (primary and secondary, plus accent color)
• Visual identity style (graphic elements, iconography)
• Use case mockups (e.g. website header, social media post, roll-up banner)

Eligibility and required experience:

• Proven track record in branding, naming, and identity design
• Portfolio with relevant work
• Multilingual branding experience (Arabic & English preferred) – Optional

Proposal Submission requirements:

Interested agencies must submit:

• Company profile
• Portfolio of relevant projects
• Proposed methodology and timeline
• Financial proposal (detailed cost breakdown)

Timeline:

20 June 2025: Develop 3 suggested names for each cluster

25 June 2025:  Finalize name selection for both clusters

8 July 2025: Finalize logos and prepare for event use
