SAWA is seeking to enter into a non-exclusive agreement for the supply of the following breakfast items:

Requested Items:
Thyme Manakish with fruit (apple, pear, or banana)
Quantity: 22,900 meals

Cheese Manakish with fruit (apple, pear, or banana)
Quantity: 8,200 meals

Agreement Period:
The agreement shall commence from the date of contract award and remain valid for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of renewal for an additional one (1) year, subject to the supplier’s compliance with all regulations, quality standards, hygiene requirements, and delivery schedules.

Selection Criteria:
SAWA will award the contract based on the following weighted criteria:

Acceptance of payment terms – 20%

Product quality – 40%

Cost-effectiveness – 20%

Capacity for timely and flexible delivery – 20%

Delivery Requirements:
All kits must be delivered to SAWA’s center in Bar Elias.
The quoted prices must include the full delivery cost. No additional expenses or charges will be accepted outside the submitted financial offer.

All related costs (including delivery, packaging, etc.) must be included in the rates. No additional charges will be accepted.
