2206 I World Vision Lebanon I RFP - Kitchen Hot & Cold Meals

World Vision is one of the world’s leading humanitarian development and advocacy organization and operates in nearly 100 countries worldwide, including Lebanon.

World Vision Lebanon is seeking interested restaurants to provide hot meals and cold meals per day for displaced people in Bekaa and Baalback-El Hermel within a 1-hour proximity from their current location. As part of the ongoing WFP/WVL-supported response, approximately 14,000 displaced persons (DPs) residing in around 110 collective shelters are receiving daily hot and cold meals. The intervention ensures the delivery of roughly 14,000 hot meals and 14,000 cold meals every day, helping to meet the immediate nutritional needs of individuals and families affected by displacement.

Letter of Interest should include following information:

• Interested bidders will receive a Prebid invitation email on June 16, 2025, containing the online meeting details that will take place on 18 June 2025, at 2:00 pm.

Please note:

• Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
• Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants (as mentioned above in the schedule dates). Tender documents will include detailed RFP and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system, no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.
