Delivery and Quality Assurance:
1. The selected applicant is required to deliver the kits exactly as per the sample submitted, including all items and packaging as outlined. Any changes to the sample items, or if any items are out of stock, must be immediately communicated to CARE for approval. In such cases, the applicant must ensure that a substitute of equal or higher quality is provided at the same agreed price.
2. Any attempt to deliver counterfeit or non-genuine branded items will result in the immediate cancellation of the order, and the supplier will be blacklisted from future contracts with CARE.

Sample Submission Requirement:
Applicants are required to submit a sample of the dignity kit they propose to deliver.
Please ensure that the sample accurately reflects the contents, packaging, and overall presentation of the dignity kit as per the specifications outlined in the CARE Technical
Specifications section. Only one option of the kit should be provided.
Key Requirements for the Sample:
1. The sample must include all items specified in the CARE Technical Specifications section. If any items are listed as more than one piece, only one piece of each item is
required for submission; there is no need to send the full quantity
2. Packaging: The packaging should match the requirements listed in the specifications, including size, material, and labeling.
3. Compliance: The sample must fully comply with the quality, materials, and standards as outlined in the technical specifications.
4. The sample will be evaluated for its adherence to the specifications, quality, and functionality. Only those whose samples meet the criteria will be considered for the final selection process.
