This Terms of Reference outlines the scope of services, expectations, and deliverables for a blanket agreement between Berytech and the selected service provider for the ongoing development of strategic content, copywriting, and multimedia storytelling across a range of formats and channels. The service provider will collaborate with the in-house team to develop content aligned with the organization’s brand, tone of voice, and strategic objectives.
The provider may be requested to support or lead the creation of content across the following categories:
Written Content
- Blog posts (short- and long-form)
- Feature articles, interviews, and thought leadership
- Website content (landing pages, product pages, bios)
- Sector deep dives, white papers, and trend reports
- Report-to-article adaptations and content reframing
- Executive ghostwriting (op-eds, founder pieces, speeches)
- Email campaigns and newsletters (drafting, structuring, and proofing)
- Case studies, success stories, and testimonials
- Campaign slogans, taglines, and messaging rationale documents
- Speech writing and talking points for public events or interviews
- Social media copy (posts, threads, captions, carousels)
- Press releases, media kits, and web releases
- Event content (agenda blurbs, session descriptions, moderator notes)
- Presentation deck copywriting and proofreading
- Program portfolio narratives and storytelling for donor/investor decks
- Impact reporting copy (year-in-review, milestone overviews)
- SEO content plans and keyword briefs
- Naming concepts (projects, services, programs, podcasts, etc.)
Audio/Visual Content
- Short-form video concepts and scripts (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Long-form video scripting (documentaries, founder stories, interviews)
- Voiceover scripts and narration development
- Podcast scripts (intros, episode flow, transitions)
- Guest interview guides and host briefing notes
- Episode titles, descriptions, and publishing copy
- Cut-down scripting for teaser clips and social edits
- Cold opens, transitions, and CTA scripting for AV content
- Text-on-screen copy (subtitles, annotations, data overlays)
- Visual storytelling using data, charts, and infographics
- Storyboarding and video structure planning
- Voiceover direction and post-production coordination
- Creative adaptation of written content into AV storytelling
Creative & Campaign Strategy
- Editorial calendars and content roadmaps
- Message architecture and communication hierarchy
- Channel-specific content strategy (web, email, social, events, etc.)
- Campaign ideation decks and pitch narratives
- Brand tone and persona guides
- Format guidelines and creative templates
- A/B testing strategy and messaging versioning
- Cross-platform narrative planning (cohesive storytelling across touchpoints)
- Localization and cultural adaptation briefs
- Sponsor/partner alignment content (co-branded copy, guidelines)
- Creative brainstorming and concept development across formats
- Mood boards, tone calibration decks, and visual language direction
- Coordination with designers, editors, and production teams
- Content performance review and feedback loop suggestions
Stakeholder & Internal Support
- Host and speaker briefing docs
- LinkedIn ghostwriting and personal branding support
- Influencer or partner content briefs
- Internal comms writing (HR, CSR, announcements)
- Training content scripting and formatting
- Presentation coaching notes (for pitch or speaking prep)
- Media responses and crisis Q&A writing
- Post-event transcription, recaps, and reporting
- Archive-friendly formatting and reusable content structuring
- Accessibility-focused adaptations (voiceover, alt text guidance)
Deliverables will vary based on project scope and will be confirmed per assignment. For each engagement under this agreement, the provider may be asked to:
- Submit an initial concept or outline
- Deliver drafts and revised versions based on feedback
- Provide final content in agreed-upon formats
- Participate in check-in meetings or alignment calls as needed
All deliverables must align with the organization’s tone of voice, visual identity, and strategic messaging.
- The agreement covers multiple requests over the duration of the engagement.
- Timelines will be set per project, with clear deadlines shared at the outset.
- All collaboration may take place via email, shared folders, virtual meetings, and project management tools (as relevant).
- The provider is expected to maintain flexibility and professionalism in responding to time-sensitive requests.
- The provider will work under the supervision of the Communications and Content team at Berytech
- For each project, a lead contact will be assigned from the internal team to brief, review, and approve deliverables.
- Feedback will be delivered in a structured manner, with clear guidance provided on revisions.
- All content produced under this agreement will be the intellectual property of Berytech, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The provider agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of any internal information or unpublished content shared during the engagement.
