Medrar Foundation is a humanitarian, non-governmental organization committed to restoring dignity, equity, and opportunity to vulnerable individuals and families across Lebanon. Founded on the principles of compassion, transparency, and social solidarity, Medrar believes that sustainable change is achieved through collective action and community empowerment.

Medrar operates independently of all political and sectarian affiliations, maintaining neutrality and impartiality in all its programs. Our work is guided by a rigorous, value-based needs assessment process that ensures support reaches those most in need — regardless of religion, region, or background.

Our mission is to empower underserved communities by providing access to healthcare, education, social protection, and livelihood opportunities. We strive to transform humanitarian assistance into long-term development through innovative partnerships with local municipalities, national institutions, and international donors.
