We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this RFP in writing on the following email address: ncalebanonprocurement@nca.no 

Upon receiving the email from interested bidders on the procurement email, NCA will send by email Annex 5. Bank Verification Form. 

Interested Bidders can request Annex 2 financial proposal submission form template in excel by email.

How to Apply

The Bidder shall complete and submit the following documents:

     LEB-2025-014 Request for Proposal     

     Annex 1: Technical Specifications and Requirements

     Annex 2: Financial Proposal Submission Form 

     Annex 3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts

     Annex 4: Code of Conduct for Contractors

     Annex 5: Bank Verification Form 

The following documents shall in addition be submitted with the Request for Proposal: 

  • Letter from the bank , Stamped and signed by the bank, for confirmation of the bank account details. It should be issued in 2025.
  • Valid 2025 Company Business Registration specialized in Engineering / Constructions.
  • Valid membership in the engineering syndicate for the lead engineer (s), submit proof of annual membership payment for 2024/2025
  • Copy of Company owner or company director ID/ Passport – official letter from the company stating name and ID of the owner, and name and ID of the company director.
  • Proof to be included in 2025 “Recommended LCEC List for contractors”
  • NCA site visits documents signed by both parties.
  • Letter of confirmation to submit the work within 45 calendar days. 

Any other relevant information that should be made known to the Contracting Authority.

The site visit will be on Friday 20 June 2025 at 11:30 a.m.

The Deadline for request for any clarifications from the Contracting Authority will be on Tuesday 24 June 2025 at 12:00hrs.

The last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority will be on Wednesday 25 June 2025 at 15:00hrs.
