1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Amel, under its healthcare program, is looking for an Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) trainer to build the capacity of its healthcare providers working in the PHCCs, MMUs, and home care teams. The trainer should be specialized in PHCC settings and be able to provide training on IPC and OHS for healthcare providers

1 year Contract

1. 3. Number of training days needed:

Each workshop will include 2 full-day training sessions for a group of 30 participants. The first day will include IPC training, while the second day will cover the OHS topics. Modalities of the training

In-person and remotely

3 – The quotation must include:

• Same requested specification
• The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)
• VAT, if applicable
• Prices in USD
• Delivery period
• Validity of the Quotation 

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ - 04906 - Trainer for IPC and occupational and health safety Training” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org :

• A signed and stamped quotation.
• Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID.
• Copy of the specs and Pictures of the offered Items

5 – Payment Terms:

• Bank transfer.

7 – Timeframe

• Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted  on or before Tuesday 24/06/2025.

8 – Important

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

• The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).
• The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 3).
• The quotation is received after the deadline.
