Subject: Invitation to Bid for “Solarization of Water Pumping-Bohsasa Well- Qab Elias”

TENDER PURPOSE: The purpose of this tender is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a solar energy system to power the Bohsasa water pumping station in Qab Elias.
ELIGIBLE BIDDERS: A Bidder shall meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in NRC procurement of Services:
- Proven Experience: At least 10 completed solar PV installation projects, and 2 completed solar water pumping projects (≥80KW) in Lebanon within the last 7 years.
- Work with INGOs: Minimum 1 completed project with an international organization in Lebanon in the past 7 years.
- Qualified Key Personnel: Provision of qualified staff including a Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Surveyor — each with at least 5 years’ relevant experience and valid Order of Engineers certificate.
- Technical Proposal: Submission of system design, modelling reports, and O&M plan for similar systems.
- Construction Timeline: Ability to complete the works within 120 calendar days from the commencement date.
- Site Visit: Attendance of the mandatory site visit organized by NRC is required for bid eligibility
