Sports for Development Facilitator - Bekaa Area (Majdal Anjar)

  1. Conduct sports for development sessions for students while adhering to the given curriculum.
  2. Ensure the target is reached and follow up on students’ attendance.
  3. Fill in the youth database and record session dates.
  4. Fill in the S4D report after each session to be sent to HOOPS.
  5. Participate in the outreach process for children and the registration process on KOBO and BMA.
  6. Ensure all required pre and posttest are conducted.
  7. Plan and follow up on youth-led initiatives.
  8. Follow up on students' absences and maintain an updated tracker.
  9. Collect feedback from students and collect success stories.
  10. Participate in walk-in activities
  11. Undertake any other tasks requested by the center focal point when the need arise.
  12. Maintain and update beneficiary records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  13.  Support in implementing activities, events, and field visits.
  14. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports as required.
  15. Identify and refer cases where necessary.
  16. Follow up, track and report on the referral of children.
  17. Report on challenges encountered, good practices, and recommendations for the program
  18. The facilitator must be skilled in the use of Excel and Word.
  19. Participate in relevant training including safe identification and referrals, and child safeguarding.
  20. Ensure proper documentation of all data collected during S4D sessions, including attendance sheets, permission slips, parental consent forms, and referrals, while maintaining confidentiality.
  21. Adhere to the work schedule as set by management, ensuring a consistent and reliable contribution to the project while being flexible enough to meet evolving needs.
  22. Collaborate with team members across departments, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the smooth operation of community centers and achieve the project’s goals.
  23. Adapt to shifting priorities, proactively addressing challenges and assisting with any assigned tasks to ensure the continued success and positive impact of the project.
