Trainer

Under a professional cooperation framework between Keen International - Lebanon and Pharmova company - Iraq, we will implement specialized training programs in Iraq targeting new pharmacists and recent graduates to qualify them for the labor market in the following areas:
1. Quality Control (QC)
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
3. Research & Development (R&D)
4. Pharmacovigilance
5. Selling Skills & Pharmaceutical Marketing 
Implemented through joint supervision, Keen assuming the specialized training aspect and providing international trainers, while Pharmova undertakes local implementation.

Main duties of the trainer include, but are not limited to the following: 
Training:
•    Provide online and offline training workshops and follow up sessions, on one or more of the following topics (Generic Pharmaceuticals Market Insights, Introduction to Generic Drug Development, Pre-formulation and Formulation Development, Biowaiver, Bioequivalence and Clinical Studies, Process Development and Scale-Up, Stability Studies, Technology Transfer and Post-Approval Changes, Introduction to solid Dosage Forms, Pre-Formulation Studies, Pharmaceutical Excipients in Solid Dosage Forms, Manufacturing of Tablets, Manufacturing of Capsules, Quality Control and Stability of Solid Dosage Forms, Practical application, Introduction to Oral solutions, Drug Solubility and Solubilization Techniques, Pharmaceutical Excipients in Oral Solutions, Manufacturing of Oral Solutions,  Practical applications, Understanding Quality in Pharmaceutical Industry, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in QC, Pharmacopeial tests and limits, Quantitation Techniques, Liquid chromatography method development, Pharmaceutical analytical method validation, Stability Testing and Shelf-Life Determination, Introduction to Pharmaceutical Guidelines, Introduction to Quality Assurance & GMP, Documentation & Record Management, Quality Control vs. Quality Assurance).
•    Prepare and design online & offline training materials, tools, presentations, assignments and activities.
Other Activities:
•    Adapt training content and prepare presentations and use a highly interactive training methodology.
•    Report on the progress and flow of each training sessions.
•    Provide the training coordinator with all the material needed for the training sessions.
•    At the end of the training; the trainer will present a detailed report of the training.
•    Assess training effectiveness of the methods and content of the training.
Experience: 
•    3+ years of experience in training and capacity building.
•    Previous experience in the field of expertise, especially for working with government-based-organizations.
•    Working experience in a multicultural context.
Skills:
•    Proficiency in Arabic + English Language (oral/written) is mandatory.
•    Ability to communicate In English
•    Good ability to work and use online technology.
•    Is adapted to multi-national teams.
•    Ability to multi-task.

•    Good communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
•    Autonomy, dynamism, proactivity and flexibility.
•    Organizational skills and human relations competency
•    Team work.
