Psychologist

To provide psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions to patients supporting their mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions as needed.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and healthcare team.
• Support early identification and management of mental health issues.
• Offer psychoeducation to patients and families regarding mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organization policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and coordinate patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of mental health promotion and prevention programs.
