Subject Matter Expert in Learning and Teaching

Scope of Work & Deliverables

The expert will be responsible for:

1. Adapting the Self-Directed Learning Model to fit the needs of learners in the project.
2. Developing Tools and Resources to support self-directed learning.
3. Designing a Training Program in both hard copy and digital course format.
4. Delivering 12 Training Sessions for facilitators and educators.
5. Providing Ongoing Coaching and Support to ensure effective implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong expertise in pedagogy and instructional design.
• Experience in EdTech and digital learning platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Prior experience working in crisis-affected educational settings is a plus.

Timeline & Reporting

• The assignment will run from April 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (6 months).
• The expert will work closely with the LAL team and provide monthly progress updates.
