Psychologist

Assess the needs of targeted beneficiaries and conduct psychosocial assessments to identify mental health needs and challenges.

Use relevant psychological tests and assessment instruments as needed.

Develop action and treatment plans based on assessment findings and assign appropriate time frames.

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and psychological issues.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.

Offer support and coping strategies for stress, anxiety, trauma, and related concerns.

Make referrals to external mental health services as needed.

Coordinate with the Project Manager and other relevant staff on program implementation and reporting.

Undertake other duties as assigned by the Program Manager and Country Director.
