Position Title: Enumerator

Reporting to: Project Coordinator

Area: Bekaa, BML, & North

Starting date: Tentatively August to October 2025

Position Summary  

The Enumerator will work closely with the Project Coordinator. Duration will vary and assignment will be renewed on a monthly basis based on project needs. This person will be responsible of the data collection, data cleaning survey dissemination along with supporting in activity implementation and will work on:  

• Conducting survey on jobseekers across Lebanon
• Outreach jobseekers so they develop skills, tools and networks to access decent employment opportunities
• Support in collaborating with local partners, including public schools, community centers, municipalities, and youth-serving organizations to promote the program and ensure accessibility and inclusion of vulnerable groups, including youth, women, refugees and people with disabilities. 
• Support in coordinating with other NGOs and community-based organizations to help identify potential candidates and disseminate the call for applications. 
• Support in segmenting jobseekers by age group, sector and career interest and location to form manageable and focused groups
• Disseminate real job vacancies and apprenticeship opportunities
• Support in job matching and follow-up for jobseekers
• Support in organizing events and tours
• Setting interview dates with potential candidates in the areas for their potential inclusion in the program
• Reviewing data obtained from interview for completeness & accuracy and reporting on these data to the project coordinator
• Supporting the MEAL Specialist in conducting beneficiary assessments and collecting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data throughout the project. Their responsibilities include administering pre/post-training surveys, collecting feedback
• Gathering feedback, supporting field monitoring visits and assisting with data entry and basic analysis
• Generating reports for findings identified & results of surveys and Interviews
• Attend team meetings
• Undertake other related duties, as assigned or requested by the Project Coordinator

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or another relevant field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in business or social sector 
• Monitoring & Evaluation Experience is plus
• Have a car & able to use it 
• Sincere interest in the mission of INJAZ Lebanon and in entrepreneurship.
• Knowledgeable of the ecosystem (Education, & NGOs)
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask in a timely manner, team player
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
