Norwegian Church Aid - NCA invites potential bidders to apply for its Tender LEB-2025-018 Hygiene Kits and Mother & Child Kits.
Instructions to Bidders:
- Carefully read the tender dossier and its annexes.
- Use exclusively NCA provided annexes.
- Clearly mark the envelopes (Envelope 1. legal, Envelope 2. technical, and Envelope 3. financial) and sign and stamp each envelop on the closing area. Please add the name of the company on all envelopes.
- If you are applying for both lots, please submit a single legal envelope.

How to Apply
The Bidder shall complete and submit the following documents:
- Invitation to Tender Form - to be signed and stamped by the Bidder
- Annex 1: Technical offer- Lot 1 and / or Lot 2 (to be complete, signed, and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex 2: Financial Offer (to be complete, signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex 3: General Terms and Conditions for Supply Contracts (to be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex 4: Code of Conduct (to be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex 5: Bank Verification Template (to be complete, signed, and stamped by the Bidder)
The following documents shall in addition be submitted with the tender:
- Letter from the bank, Stamped and signed by the bank, for confirmation of the bank account details. It should be issued in 2025.
- Copy of a valid commercial registration issued in 2025.
- Copy of the ID of the company owner.
Upon receiving the email from interested bidders on the procurement email, NCA will send by email Annex #5 Vendor Bank Verification Template. Interested Bidders can also request the financial offer template in excel by email.
