- Deliver well-structured and engaging English language lessons tailored to students’ language levels and educational needs.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Apply a variety of interactive and student-centered teaching methods to improve reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Utilize different assessment tools to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide individualized academic support and follow up with students as requested by the direct supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance, and classroom behavior.
- Actively participate in coordination meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning with colleagues.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes learning and participation.
