Background:
Trainer / Facilitator – [ Classroom Management, Innovative Teaching Strategies, Inclusive Education, 21st Century Skills, AI in Education, STEM Education, etc
This training is part of Amel’s Education Program, which aims to enhance the capacity of teachers and education personnel in delivering quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education. As part of this initiative, expert trainers will be engaged to deliver targeted workshops.
Objective of the Assignment:
The trainer will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality training sessions to educators and educational leaders. The training should be practical, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the participants.
Key Responsibilities:
The trainer will be expected to:
- Design a detailed training plan and materials in consultation with the Learning Development Coordinator.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to the target audience.
- Facilitate discussions, group work, and reflective exercises.
- Provide pre/post-assessments and gather participant feedback.
- Submit a brief training report, including evaluations and recommendations.
Deliverables:
- Detailed training agenda and session plan (to be approved before delivery)
- PowerPoint presentations and handouts
- Pre/post-test tools (if applicable)
- Training report including attendance, feedback summary, and recommendations
- Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in delivering professional training to educators and educational leaders
- Strong facilitation and adult learning skills
- Familiarity with the local education context (Formal and non-formal education) is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language requirements: Arabic and English
