- Provide academic and operational leadership for the Kindergarten Department, ensuring the implementation of high-quality early childhood education.
- Supervise KG teachers and assistants, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective classroom practices and alignment with educational goals.
- Oversee curriculum planning, lesson development, and the integration of play-based, age-appropriate learning strategies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.
- Monitor student progress and ensure appropriate assessment tools are being used effectively.
- Coordinate with school leadership on staffing needs, scheduling, professional development, and resource allocation.
- Lead departmental meetings, encourage collaboration, and foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.
