Ensuring that NABADs core principles are integrated into all project activities

Coordinating and Representing NABAD

Ensuring and promoting the integration of NABADs core values and principles (humanitarian principles, do no harm, the best interest of the child, child participation, etc.) into all project activities with the support of the Head of Program.

Planning and Monitoring the project’s implementation

Coordinating with the team to ensure all operational activities are performed

Ensuring of designing a workplan

Assessing staffs’ capacity and providing them with competency-building support and capacity building.

Ensuring that the project team communicates effectively with the beneficiaries and communities.

Networking with other organization.

Attending regular working groups, meetings and training.

 Collaborate with other departments and partners for smooth program implementation.

 Coordinate with field staff to ensure alignment and efficiency.

 Track and manage the program budget, ensuring all expenditures align with the financial plan.

 Provide regular financial reports and adjust spending as necessary to stay within budget.
