Consultancy For Donor and Funding Opportunity Mapping

The purpose of the consultancy is to conduct a detailed donor mapping process to identify specific funding opportunities to foster the 2030 IFRC strategy, focusing on Health and preparedness and response to conflict and climate-related disasters. Specific geographic focus will be given to the most affected countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

 

The Request for Proposal consists of the following documents, and should be read in conjunction with any Addenda issued:

  2. Annex 1 General Terms & Conditions.
  3. Annex 2 Requirements/ Terms of reference (ToR).
  4. Annex 3 Pricing template - to be filled in and submitted with your proposal.
  5. Annex 4 Supplier Registration Form - to be filled in and submitted with your offer.

  2. The email containing the “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” shall have the subject below:

The proposal shall be submitted with the following attachments:

    • Annex 1 General Terms & Conditions for Services – Signed and Stamped
    • Annex 2 Requirements/ Terms of reference – Acknowledged, Signed and Stamped
    • Annex 4 Supplier Registration Form – Filled, Signed and Stamped
    • Detailed workplan for deliverables – Signed and Stamped
    • Technical Proposal - Signed and Stamped
    • Registration Certificate for Firms and Financial Number of individuals
    • Cover Letter for the service provider
    • Curricula Vitae of the service provider
    • Proof of previous experience in similar roles and assignments (Contracts or Completion Certificates)
    • Request for Proposal Template – Signed and Stamped
  1. The email containing the “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” Shall have the subject below:

The proposal shall be submitted with the following attachments:

    • Annex 3 Pricing template – filled, signed, and stamped

 

  1. The financial proposal must be signed and stamped clearly indicating the name of the person authorized to sign.
  2. The proposals shall be submitted to the emails: Tender.mena@redcross.no
  3. Failure to follow instructions may lead to disqualification.
